Our motorcycles have taken us many places...
I love all of them, but mainly love travelling to them. Seeing places and meeting people. It is an awesome adventure. I'd like this page to showcase some pictures from places we enjoy. I hope you enjoy them.
Some places I visit are close by and may be remarkable just for being beautiful even though they are everyday for me.
 
Some places are just plain beautiful in the classic sense of scenic. I just love this picture.
Other places are wonderful because you meet great people.

Some are special places and special roads.
My personal favorite is still the Blue Ridge Parkway. I do not have any pictures that do it justice. However, the owner of The Pisgah Inn situated on the Blue Ridge Parkway has some incredible pictures on his site. It is a beautiful restaurant and motel. A good place to stop and have lunch or maybe just coffee on the porch in a rocking chair. Check out his views page. He has some beautiful pictures, this one ranks amoung my favorites.
Another trip we took that I enjoyed was the Natchez Trace.
This is an "All American Road and Scenic Drive" that runs from Central Tenessee to Natchez Mississippi. The Scenic Trace is a website full of great info and links. We enjoyed riding this road. There was no commercial traffic and it seemed so peaceful. It felt like we were viewing a variety of different lifestyles and countrysides from the back; peeking in as it were. It was truly memorable.
 
...and we camped at the Jeff Busby campground for free....
Another spot we like is New Hampshire White Mountains area.
And we usually travel to the beautiful coast for lunch and see some beautiful lighthouses.
we were lucky to catch the fog rolling in over this lighthouse as we watched.
One last place that deserves a place and honorable mention is Barber Vintage Motorsport Museum..
It is a classy motorcycle museum that every person should visit once in their life. Their site has a beautiful slideshow to give you an idea of the magnitude of the collection. We really enjoyed it. We met Mr. Barber, super nice guy and he and all the staff were excellent. They made you feel like they were lucky to have you come visit.
